At Hudson Public House, Chef Charlie Durham creates contemporary dishes with seasonal ingredients from local farms, waters, and ranches. The food is hearty, delicious, and pairs well with our fantastic specialty ales, lagers, and wines.
Hudson has been in business at 8014 15th Ave N.E., in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle, since 2009. Owner Seth Howard also operates the Last Drop Bottle Shop next door to Hudson, and Collins Pub at 526 2nd Ave in Pioneer Square.
